About Me

If there's one things introverts don't do well, it's talk about ourselves. And summing up what I do or who I am in a paragraph or two is, let's face it, impossible for any of us. So for now, i'm going to take a leaf from Brené Brown's book (or in this case her podcast) and answer a handful of questions that will most likely tell you more than you really wanted to know about me. But hey, you clicked on the link.

Vulnerability is:

f*cking terrifying.

You’re called to do something brave, but your fear is real and stuck in your throat. What’s the first thing you do?

Grab the hand of the person closest to me. I don't necessarily mean metaphorically closest, I mean if you're anywhere near me and I'm panicking, I'll grab your hand so we can face the monster together.

What is something that people often get wrong about you?

I think culturally we assume that if someone is outwardly kind and soft spoken that they must be kind of a pushover. My friends know I am actually a sarcastic sass who NEVER forgets.

A Movie You Love:

The Matrix

A Concert You'll never forget:

When Dierks Bentley pulled me on on stage on my last day working for him. He told me earlier that day how proud he was of me, and in that moment wanted to share that with his fans. He is a fiercely kind human being.

Favorite Meal:

Family thanksgiving with my mom's ham, my brother's mac & cheese, and my grandmother's oyster dressing.

Snapshot of an ordinary moment that brings you joy:

Laying on the living room floor with my dogs.

One thing you're deeply grateful for right now:

John Huber.
